The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.
We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
We check one of each toy from a batch of the finished toys to make sure the quality is up to standard. We also carry out random quality control checks to ensure that the quality is consistent throughout each product.
Contact us immediately with damaged quantity & photo, we will courier the toy back to us and replace the product. Should there be no manufacturing fault on the product, you will be billed the courier fees.

Regular Cleaning Instructions
1. Run a lint roller over the animal to remove excess particles. Then, lightly rub the surface of your stuffed animal with the damp cloth to remove additional debris. (For extra care: place a tiny dot of soap on the damp light-colored cloth and gently rub the affected area.
2. Be sure to test your soap on a small area of the stuffed animal first.
3. Allow the stuffed animal to air dry.
4. Use the dry towel to gently fluff any wet or flattened fabric. For special fabrics, as used with our sloth, be sure to give your stuffed animal a good shake to separate long strands.
5. Follow these cleaning instructions to maintain your Peluche stuffed animals, and enjoy your furry friends for years to come!
Usually, it is 3-5 working days according to your location and unforeseen circumstances but we work hard in making sure your order never runs over the mentioned time frame. Delivery times may differ depending on your location.
Once an order has been paid for and shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item (undamaged and in original condition) and the toy may be refunded.
