My name is Ché Harris I recently matriculated from Durban Girls college and have just completed my first year of Visual communication design at Stellenbosch university. When thinking of ways I could help to alleviate some of the financial burden of university my mind strayed to the carefree days of my childhood. I was obsessed with unicorns and plush toys, I think I had about 20 all piled on my bed at once. The joy and happiness that those toys brought me is something that I wanted to share with other little kids.
Thus the idea of Peluche was born.
At our core Peluche is a company that provides children with high quality plush toys that bring delight and happiness into their lives, as well as providing something soft and cuddly to snuggle with at night.
Our mission at Peluche is to bring joy and wonder into children’s lives through the importation of affordable high quality glow in the dark plush toys.
And in case you were wondering the name, Peluche is derived from the French language which means Plush. Seeing that my name is French it seemed like a good fit.
